Taqadum Al-Khatib is author most recently of “Academic Freedom Under Pressure: Holocaust Memory, Institutional Control, and the Discourse of Genocide Regarding Palestine in Germany” (2026) and of the monograph, Die Juden in Ägypten, 1915–1952 (The Jews in Egypt, 1915-1952; 2020). He holds a PhD from Freie Universität Berlin and held positions as a Visiting Researcher at Princeton University and Postdoctoral Researcher at Durham University, UK.
