Sindre Bangstad
Sindre Bangstad is Research Professor at KIFO (Institute For Church, Religion & Worldview Research), Oslo, Norway. He was the 2022-23 Stanley J. Kelley Distinguished Visiting Professor at Princeton University, and recipient of the 2019 Anthropology in the Media Award from the American Anthropological Association. Author of Anders Breivik and the Rise of Islamophobia (2014), he is co-editor (with Bjørn Enge Bertelsen) of Engaging Mbembe and The Decolonial Paradigm: A Critique (both 2027).
