Mia Jess is a Danish anthropologist and PhD researcher at Copenhagen University Hospital (Rigshospitalet) and the National Institute of Public Health at the University of Southern Denmark. Her research focuses on narratives and life stories, patient experiences, existential dilemmas, and issues related to women’s health and reproduction, particularly abortion.
