Mist Hrannarsdóttir
Born and raised in Reykjavík, Iceland, Særós Mist Hrannarsdóttir is a radical romantic passionate about the role of emotion and affect in organizational life. Her background is in Organizational Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, where she is currently an industrial PhD fellow. Through an ethnographic case study, Mist explores new avenues to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the construction industry, focusing on fostering connection across difference through affect-driven organizational and management development.
