Camilo Leon-Quijano is Phd Fellow in Sociology at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS - School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences) of Paris. He teaches at the Dept. of Gender Studies of the EHESS gender ethnography and visual methods. His work focuses on the use of visual and sensory methods to study urban experience in Parisian suburbs. He is also an independent photographer working on social issues.
