Dr Kaius Tuori is an Academy of Finland Research Scholar at the University of Helsinki. He is the author of "Lawyers and Savages: Ancient History and Legal Realism in the Making of Legal Anthropology” (Routledge 2014) and numerous other works. His research interests include legal history, legal anthropology and the classical world.
