Fouad Asfour is a writer and researcher working in collaborative frameworks of publications, exhibitions, performance and research projects. He has contributed to contemporary art and research projects (among others Projekt Migration, Documenta 12 Magazines, Another Roadmap School), his texts are published internationally. He holds an MA in Linguistics from Vienna University, Austria, and an MA in Creative Writing from Rhodes University, Makhanda, South Africa. In 2008, he received the Igor Zabel Award for Culture and Theory working grant.
