Jana Šimenc
Jana Šimenc, PhD, is a social anthropologist, a research fellow at the Sociomedical institute at the Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Her research interests include different topics in medical anthropology. In 2015 she was involved in a project about recognizing in treating victims of domestic violence in health care settings in Slovenia (and edited a handbook on a subject, also available on-line at www.prepoznajnasilje.si). Currently she is conducting postdoctoral research on critical examination of digital health interventions.
